Terms and Conditions

All participants who use this website and benefit from the services provided by SubAQUA are deemed to have accepted the terms and conditions stated below.

1. Service Scope

SubAQUA provides scuba diving activities, diving training, lifeguard training and theoretical and practical applications related to these activities in accordance with national and international standards. All training and activities are carried out under the supervision of competent instructors.

2. Participation Conditions

Persons participating in diving and training programs must have the physical and mental suitability required for the relevant activity.

A health declaration form or doctor's report may be requested from participants when deemed necessary.

Participants under 18 must provide written consent from their legal guardian.

3. Training and Certification

Diving and lifeguard training provided by SubAQUA is conducted in accordance with the standards of the affiliated federations and certification organizations.

In order to be entitled to receive a certificate, participants must successfully complete all theoretical and practical stages of the training program.

Instructors reserve the right not to allow the participant to complete the training or receive a certificate due to safety or proficiency reasons.

4. Safety Rules

All participants are obliged to comply with the instructions of instructors and officials during the training and diving.

Participants who do not comply with safety rules and endanger their own safety or that of others may be suspended from participating in activities.

No refunds will be made in such cases.

5. Equipment Usage

All diving and training equipment provided by SubAQUA must be used only under the supervision of authorized persons.

Participants are obliged to use the equipment with care. The participant may be held responsible for damages resulting from intent or negligence.

6. Health and Responsibility

Participants accept that diving and training activities involve certain risks by their nature.

It is the participant's responsibility to declare their health status accurately and completely.

SubAQUA cannot be held responsible for health problems that may occur due to incorrect or incomplete declarations.

7. Reservation, Cancellation and Changes

Reservations are subject to availability.

SubAQUA reserves the right to change or cancel programs due to weather and sea conditions, safety reasons or force majeure.

Cancellation and refund conditions are subject to the rules specified for the relevant service.

8. Visual and Promotional Usage

Photos and videos taken during training and diving can be used in SubAQUA's promotional and marketing activities.

Participants are deemed to have accepted this use unless otherwise stated in writing.

9. Right to Change

SubAQUA reserves the right to update or change these terms and conditions without prior notice. The current text is valid from the date it is published on the website.
